  • Which payment options do I have?
    We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Can I order products that are currently out of stock?
    Yes, every product can be ordered, also items marked as out of stock. In these cases delivery can take up to 2 months.
  • How much time will delivery take?
    If the product in in stock, delivery will be done within 10 days. If the item is out of stock, delivery can take up to 2 month.
  • How can I refund a product I am not happy with?
    We have a 30 days return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For further information please read our Return Policy.
  • What happens to an item that was damaged during delivery?
    If an item was damaged during delivery, we will take full responsibility and will reimburse the cost of the item and the return shipping.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping is already included in the prices of the products and no additional charge will apply.
